100, 40 or 10 Double Unders
400M Run
30 Kettlebell Snatch 24/16kg

30 Kettlebell Snatch
100, 40 or 10 Double Unders

Choose a number of Double Unders that is realistic, but callenging for you and complete that number at the start and finish of the WOD. Even if it is just one, do not scale this to singles. Note your double unders next to your time.
