Today’s interval might be a new one to some of you. It’s a bit longer than we normally see but you get some extra rest as well so that will help! We’ll be working for three rounds of six minutes on and two minutes off. Knock out ten sit-ups before heading to your barbell for seven clean and jerks and four front rack lunge steps. Your bar should be a pretty manageable weight for quick singles or small sets on the clean and jerks and you’ll want to be able to complete the four lunge steps unbroken in every round. Your score for this workout will be total completed rounds plus all extra reps.
