Workout notes: Today’s workout as a very simple chipper but one that will most likely be very challenging. The workout starts with a 1000M row. It’s usually not a good idea to attempt an all out effort in a workout like this so keep the row pace up but don’t go all out. If you are not sure what a sustainable pace is for you it’s a good idea to start with something moderate and slowly add effort as you get deeper into the 1K. After the row you are working through 100 Wall Ball Shots. Hopefully you’ve not gone all out on the Row and are able to do a few big sets before you go into smaller numbers near the end of the set of 100.
