Workout of the day

AMRAP in 20 Minutes
15 Deadlifts
10 Jumping alternating lunge steps
5 Push press

Workout notes

Today’s workout is meant to be another light weight barbell focused metcon with a fairly long time domain. The deadlift weight is light but the volume is high. Breaking up each round of fifteen is recommended. Jumping lunges are done without weight but they are tough. If jumping is not an option remember that you can scale down to walking lunge steps. The push press will likely be the toughest part of the workout if you choose a weight that is too heavy. Be sure you can do five in a row when fresh. If that isn’t possible lighten up the load a little.
